Learn French while discovering the local culture
The Summer School aims to combine the learning of the French language with the discovery of cultural heritage. It offers courses in French as a foreign language supplemented by cultural activities, allowing participants to practice the language while discovering the culture, history and way of life in France.
Two formats are offered: a 2-week session including 40 hours of French, or a 4-week session with a total of 80 hours of lessons. Each session also includes a program of activities and excursions.
Among a non-exhaustive list of activities and excursions, you can for example enjoy the discovery of Île de Ré, Île d'Aix, Île d'Oléron, Rochefort, Cognac, the Marais Poitevin or even Saint‑Emilion, as well as visits to La Rochelle (city, Tours, Maritime Museum, Aquarium) or even a cocktail workshop.
